For the last several days - system operating very poorly - internet connection is slow slow slow even though on high speed cable modem connection. When I check the program status window - I see that Ccapp, Acord32, and Bwdelay seem to always be in a (not responding) status - when I close them, function improves but not very much. I can't seem to find much about these programs in google searches - I know the Ccapp is with Norton Anti-virus - but can't figure out why it is having problems and the others - simply don't know what they are associated with... any ideas what is going on here?

much appreciated.

if it is acrord32 that is part of acrobat reader, and bwdelay is part of backweb, which is included on many oem installs for techsupport purposes.

at least one relies on a function internet connection (backweb), so it sounds as if your bandwith may be saturated.
