forgot password on laptop?

Hi got a PC and laptop have not used the lap top for a while,put it on everything's working ok but for 1 thing I am the administrator and when i log on to my name i can't remember my password i still can use the net through my wife's screen name she got no password but i cant download most things because you need to be longed in as administrator is there anything i can do? thanks os is windows vista
