Hey all.

On one of my other computers in the house, something weird happened today.

I had Chrome, Outlook and a folder open. When I close all 3, the windows remained. I went to task manager and found that their processes had indeed closed down. Yet the windows remained. If I opened anything and then closed it, its window would remain as well.

In the end, the only way to solve the issue was to restart. It did it twice today.

Any ideas why this is starting to occur?
