First off, When it boots up, I get this warning: Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\wxsjojy.dll I have no idea what this means and I don't figure it's anything positive.
Second, The system will not fully shut down on it's own. It gets as far as removing the icons and the start bar, but then it just sits with the wallpaper still up. In order to get it to shut down all the way, I have to manually hit the button. Again, something I don't see as being positive.
and Finally, I cannot connect to any wireless network. I can connect to the internet with a chord, but that's it. I know there are networks available (one being my own). I think it is a problem with another program trying to run my wireless networks, but I have no idea how to figure that out.
I have been told by some people that considering I have no files I need to save or anything like that, that my best bet is to restore to factory settings and start fresh? Is this a good idea, and how do I go about that? I only have a disk for my Microsoft Office, nothing else.
Well thanks for the help in advance. I won't be around that computer until later this afternoon, so if you need additional info I won't be able to get to it until then.
Again, thanks for any help.
