Hello,
Have used TFC many times with many computers and great results. This time, I advised a colleague to follow your instructions for Malware removal. At the GeeksToGo first step (using TFC), we removed over 1GB of temp files. At reboot, the user settings were gone, all Outlook and Explorer mappings were gone, the MyDocs files are still present on the HD, but not linked to the desktop. User is on a XP machine (SP2). Would appreciate any suggestions.

Incidentally, tried using about 8 restore points and they all return not applied.
