I m in a real spot of bother...My Norton 2000 running on windows 2000 gave a malicious script warning which accidently got authorised and now its running on the system...

It has corrupted the Explorer and each folder on the system has a "folder.htt" and "desktop.ini" file as hidden and readonly....

In the tools menu the folderOptions is also removed...

It has affected all my HTML files...

So is there any way(SOME ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE) that i can remove that script from my system or i have to format my system....I am reluctant to format the system since i have very importanr project data there...

Somebody Plz help me....I'll be really greatful to u

Thanks
