Unfortunately then the only option is to send it to the manufacturer. Backup data files and send it. Most likely they will fix the problem but i and most of us here have worked for PC companies in some capacity or another and none of them that I am aware of will guarantee against data lost.
Short of that the warranty should take care of the problem.
