Hey guys,

I'm on a company laptop that I'd rather try and fix myself quickly than lose it for a week to get fixed by the company itself.

Everytime I log onto windows I get the error messages that I have displayed in the attached file (quality reduced to upload).
If i click OK - explorer crashes and I can sometimes get out by opening task manager and restarting explorer. Othertimes task manager doesn't start.
If I click debug - I have to send an error report which usually makes the error repeat itself but only once and the system works. however, different things happen after this. Sometimes the sound driver has gone and I have to restart it in services.msc sometimes the xp style start bar reverts back to it's '98 grey design.

I have run virus scans with McAfee but nothing has come up.

Please Help!!

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.

Before you start a new topic click on this link --> Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic. This will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your OTListIt2 log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
