I got a Windows needs to shut down message, but it never did. When I power offand back on, I get the black screen with options for safe mode, etc... All it does is take me back to the Windows needs to shut dowm message again. Any thoughts?

Finally, I got to run a scan and I have a Win 32 worm. Am working on that now.
Thanks for the help, though.
