My wireless router recently reset an since then I have not been able to connect to the internet. We setup a new password and now when I click to connect to the network instead of asking for a password it says "Connecting please wait, authentication process to connect to the network has been started." It quickly changes to "authentication process has not been started to connect to the internet." After this it switches back one more time and then just stops trying. I can connect to the internet if I directly plug into the router. I use Intel Proset/Wireless WiFi Connection Utility to manage my networks. Please help.

Um, routers don't reset themselves. How come yours reset itself? Sounds like it's lost its security encryption.
