FFXI always starts to a black screen and not responding!

When ever I try to start Final Fantasy XI my computer goes black and does not respond. The only thing I can do is alt control delete to get out.

I have fowarded all ports needed by this game.

I turned off my firewalls to see if they were the problem.

Anyways here are my system specs.
