I uninstalled Zone Alarm and am trying to install AVG free virus protection, but every time it gets partway through the installation it tells me that I have to uninstall Zone Alarm. I've tried a few removal tools I found online but it's still lingering somewhere. I saw an answer here that said to try removing it in safe mode but I have no idea what that means or how to do it. Can you help?
