Hello,

I've encountered an issue with my Windows Vista DELL Inspiron 1525 Laptop. It seems to me like the laptop is OVERHEATED and the bottom of the laptop is very hot. I'm guessing that's the hard drive that's very hot. On top of that, the fan seems to continuously blow very rapidly making noise and blowing out hot air. I've checked out my task manager and everything seems to be running normal. What can I do?

Thank you.

Hi,
Are the LT vents clear from obstruction.
How old is the laptop? You may need to send it in to Dells service for house keeping.
In TM CPU idle cycle is normal?

Can you post the temps using the above app.

Probably just need to clean your fans man. Check to see if there's dust clogging it. If the fans are clogged then the system will over heat. :]
