hey i just wont to know hot do i fix this error code it realy starting to get me pissed on wasting $20 us dollars

H12.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x0f14a1a6" referenved memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Click on ok to terminate the program
Click on cancel to debug the program

that is the error there if u can help get it gone that would be a big help
