I am getting an error message for an app that I don't know what it is. I get an message that says, "UrlLstCk.exe did not load prooperly and needs to be terminated (0x." I click okay and it pops up again. I again click okay and my system continues to boot normally. I don't notice anything not working right as I am working. Do you kno what that app is? Do I need it? If so how do I fix it.
Thanks.

This is an explanation of what the process is. As far as the error message I'm unsure what may be causing that.

Hello, were you using Norton for protection? If you are still using Norton run the CD and you will get an option to repair.
If you have recently uninstalled it from XP's Add/Remove?
Run the removal utility.
