Hello catamount3,

What browser are you using? (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome)

Try a different browser, and see if the links will work. Also have you tried right-clicking the link and choosing "Open in a new window" or "Open in a new tab"? If you are using Internet Explorer, try "Internet Explorer (No Addons)" and if you are using Mozilla Firefox, try "Mozilla Firefox Safe Mode". Both program shortcuts should be in Start > All Programs in their dedicated folder (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox).

Clear your cookies and temporary files.

Is your browser and operating system up-to-date?

(This may sound silly, but you'd be surprised on how often this works for some people..)
Have you shut down your computer recently?

Try these ideas.. if you need help with a certain suggestion, just reply back and I'll get to you as soon as possible. Best regards,

-Jason
