Hello guys,

I am currently working as a technician for used and second hand computers. some used computers has administrator password even just to get to the bios. I know how to remove them on HP machines but not with DELL. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could help me.

Hmmm, did you happen to read the Terms of Use you agreed to when you signed up here? Note half way through section 3, it says,

Due to the nature of online help we are not able to verify ownership, and will not be able to help bypass or recover any user passwords, cd keys, license codes, serial numbers, etc.

I suggest you contact Dell.
