I need a password recovery tool

Im locked out of my desktop XP. I forgot my admin password & there is no guest accout or other user. Is there any totally free password recovery tools I can download online? I have another computer I can download it on then use it on the XP with the forgotten password.

Or if I dont need a password recovery tool how do I fix my password problem?

oopS! I just read..........

Pursuant to the Terms of use guidlines as followed:
"Due to the nature of online help we are not able to verify ownership, and will not be able to help bypass or recover any Windows user passwords, cd keys, license codes, serial numbers, etc."
