Hello my name is Lylene. I am having an issue with a laptop that I was not having prior to a couple days ago. I have a desktop hardwired to the internet and a two laptops connected ia a Linksys wrt 610 router. Everything was working fine until a couple of days when I was unable to access the internet on my newest laptop, which was working fine. It has a local connection only. I reset the router and then I am able to connect. Everything else, the desktop and other lappy stay connected.

If I shut down the new laptop or restart it, it goes offline and local only...Any help you can give would be appreciated. If this is a firmware upgrade issue for my router, I would need guidance with that, for instance would i do the firmware upgrade on the desktop or can it be done from a laptop...?

Thank you, Lylene
