I have an EMACHINE T3958 and im sure the mobo is fried. It will not power up at all and the Pwr Sup Bench chk is good.
It has a seabreeze 102257 mobo and I was looking @ putting a INTEL 865GV P4 S.478 533/800FSB BOARD, D865GV D865 in it. will this be a suitable replacment and will it mount in my exsisting tower?

Thank you.
