Unable to run Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware

I have completed the preparation (TFC and ERUNT) and have downloaded Malwarebyte's. When I tried to run the program, the box popped up to select a quick scan or full scan, but then closed immediately. I tried re-naming the file, but now it doesn't do anything when I try to open it.
