Excel file issue - Graphs become one colour

I have an issue that is now beginning to become more widespread and is of concern.

Using Excel 2007 an exce file was created as a template, with several sheets some of which containg graphs/pie charts that are populated by data in the other sheets.

A couple of people have opened up the file to find that a pie chart, originally with red, green and blue sectors, still had the line denoted their respective shares but all of the colour had become one mass of dark grey.

Presuming the file had been corrupted i tried it on another machine and it appeared fine. While I have had a couple of other complaints of this graph issue, the problem is not replicating itself on all machines, but some.

All machines have the same build on them, and are using the latest version of XP.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, and can perhaps impart some advice?
