I'm seriously deficient in computer virus removal. I'm running a Dell Laptop with Windows XP. I keep getting this dreaded window that pops up, giving me a 60 second countdown that NT Authority \ shutdown, and it reboots the system.
Occasionally upon rebooting, I get the blue screen that tells me to restart, again. Sometimes it reboots as normal.
Help! I will need very detailed step-by-step instructions. As I said, i'm quite deficient in computer nagivation.
Thanks!
