windows xp wont boot

hi,
i woke this morning n comp. pc is a emachine w3502. wont boot xp it tried to load n i do get the xp logo then safe mode. I tried all options without ne success. It will scroll n it stops @AgpCPQ. i tried to bypass auto restart. i get this tech info not sure if it will help stop: 0x00000024 (ox00190203, 0x82F2CAE0, 0XC0000102, 0X00000000. i do have the restore disk that came with the comp but when recover screen comes up all i get is plz wait. if u could help that would be great

you will have to repair xp...
for the how to repair your operating system guides...
go here...

if you don't have a xp cd you will have to borrow one from a friend or coworker...
it has to be the same flavor of xp you have installed...IE: if you have xp pro...the one you borrow has to be xp pro
