Invisible Audio Spyware?

Hi.

I just recently installed SuperAntiSpyware to remove some spywares and it worked great. But shortly after those spywares got removed, I seem to have been infected with this invisible audio spyware. The audio seems to be a movie commercial and it plays every 10 min or so.

I have Windows 7 32-bit. Please guide me. Thanks.
