I got an email from somebody whose email address is xx@ca.rr.com. We are discussing a business deal and i just noticed the extension. I am confused if it is from a California agency "ca" or if it is some Russian person "rr". I just want to know where i this email coming from please help.

RR isn't a russian domain structure...RU is

the RR is for RoadRunner which is an ISP (internet service provider). the CA denotes that it's from california.
