Rootkit infection!

Okay i know we have a rootkit infection on one of our computers on the network, we've narrowed it down to this one kids computer but we all had to run combofix, malwarebytes, and a-squared. when i ran combofix it said i should paste the log in a forum so here it is, i have already posted earlier with all of my other logs but no one responded. attached is the log so plesae help if you can. i need to know if the rootkit has infected my machine. thanks.
