Press any key to continue." then i press the key and says "The operation has failed. Press any key to reboot" I tried booting from CD by pressing f12 but after a couple minutes i get the BSOD =[. I tried searching google but to no avail. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

What CD do you use?
Did you check boot order in BIOS?

Now, I'm confused.
Are you trying to reinstall XP, or you're trying to perform clean install of Vista?

Is the BIOS set to boot from CD drive first?
When you boot with the CD in do you see this message:
Press any key to boot from CD

Ok I fixed the problem with that missing file, I bad to turn off RAID in my bios. But when I launch now I have to choose between windows 7, older version of windows, and windows xp pro setup. I only want windows 7, I want to get rid of those other options.

Oh btw I put windows 7 on instead of xp :)
