DVD/MPEG encoder problem...

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing PowerDVD as well as using Media Player Classic to figure out what's wrong with this... here. This is the codec output from MPC:

I'm missing a subtitle codec? But I just re-installed Power DVD!

Weird, ain't it? Any help would be appreciated.
