I've tried uninstalling and re-installing PowerDVD as well as using Media Player Classic to figure out what's wrong with this... here. This is the codec output from MPC:

AM_MEDIA_TYPE:
majortype: MEDIATYPE_Video {73646976-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}
subtype: MEDIASUBTYPE_DVD_SUBPICTURE {E06D802D-DB46-11CF-B4D1-00805F6CBBEA}
formattype: FORMAT_None {0F6417D6-C318-11D0-A43F-00A0C9223196}
bFixedSizeSamples: 1
bTemporalCompression: 0
lSampleSize: 1
cbFormat: 0

I'm missing a subtitle codec? But I just re-installed Power DVD!

Weird, ain't it? Any help would be appreciated.
