Dear both,

did there any function to auto change the attachment as a link when user is drafting the email.

that means, when i am drafting the email, and i enclosed a attachment for this mail, the exchange server auto change my attachment to a link and send to recipient.

none that i know of. i've done a little searching and i can't find anything specific to what you're looking for...i see some items for replacing attachments with sharepoint links, but that requires sharepoing (obviously) and it's not automatic, the user has to change that setting manually (and an add on for outlook has to be installed)
