Hi,

I dont know what my mom clicked on but I need to make sure her computer is now clean.
I have followed the steps in the guideline before posting. There was 30 + red boxes on the bottom right all wanting to run programs, and wouldn't allow me to run any programs as well. Seeing if there's more I can check. Malaware post as follows:
