i dunno if this is happening to anyone else but in version 6, and now the beta 7 as well, of Yahoo messenger whenever i right-click anywhere in the messenger field, or message windows OR the tray icon yahoo immediately crashes! there's no error message or anything so i have no idea what's going on with it... i've emailed yahoo help a ton of times and all the say is "we sent the problem to our engineers" and that was months ago

does anyone know of a fix? :tazz: this is reeeally irritating!

nevermind... found the problem...

but in case anyone else has it.....

wow, i think i found the fix... at least for me... and pretty easy...

IF YOU USE WINDOWBLINDS

Ypager crashes or performs an illegal operation on startup or right click
This error occurs because you are using a third party skinning application that modifies the Windows Look/Interface.
You need to either remove the program, or open the settings, and disable the skinning of Yahoo! Messenger / YPager.
Two known programs to cause this are Window Blinds and AlienGUIse. Window Blinds has a "per application" setting to override this.
