I keep getting an error "CiceroULWndFrame"

I keep getting an error message when replying to an email when word is selected as my email editor. The error only appears when I try to reboot. The error is CiceroUlWndFrame cannot shut down. Then I choose between "cancel" and "end now"

Here is my Hijack log:

Oops can't download Hijackthis. MAybe the virus is affecting my ability to download?

Macafee could not find any virus' when it scanned.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
