Fujitsu Laptop blue screen

Hi

My Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Li 2727 (model MS2228) currently will not boot to the desktop. I get the option to boot in safe mode, last known good configuration, or start windows normally. I have tried all of these but they take me straight to the blue screen.

At the bottom of the screen it says something about physical memory dump, does anyone think this could be a RAM issue?

I have downloaded memtest & aim to run this tonight (I will update when I've done this), I'm just wondering if anyone has encountered this before & knows the solution.

I had the same problem around 6 months ago with this laptop but a format worked & this hasn't happened since then.

Any help is appreciated as always.
