Welcome to GTG
if you go to add and remove programs in control panel you will see it list click on the remove and uninstall it if you have done this and its just in your list put your mouse on it and right click a box will pop up click on delete this will remove it and send it your recycle bin then just empty your recycle bin. you need to make sure the program is uninstalled before you delete it from your program list.
