Black Screen/Blue Screen/Trojan Problems[CLOSED]

I keep getting either the Black Screen background showing up, or the Blue Screen Background with tojan.something.c being targeted as an infected file and full screen background windows that pop up saying "warning"

Any help would be greatly apprectiated

i've done what was instructed on your help page and here is my hijackthis log:
