Removed Mcafee to install Norton 360; would not install with it there removed mcafee using pchell. restarted computer as directed now the restart stops at the "Gateway" logo with the intell inside sign. tried a restart again pressing F8 repeatedly nothing. attempted to use the recover disk still stops at the same screen. Please help.
