I was on the internet and Norton pop up alerted we had trojan horse and bloodhound virus. Repair failed. What are the steps to remove the infections? I understand that trojan is not easy to find and remove. Any help that you can give will be appreciated. My e-mail address is (edited out) Thank you!!
