Accidentally changed the screen resolution. Now have an error message saying 'Input Not Supported'. Can not get back into settings due to the error message. If I go into safe mode, the settings are normal, and wont let me change the setting of normal mode.

If it's a desktop PC, try and borrow another monitor for 10 minutes.

Hook it up to your PC and start Windows normally.
Change display settings to what they were before you screwed it up.

Shut down, disconnect the borrowed monitor. Re-connect your monitor.
Start Windows.
