Cannot connect to Itunes store

Ive tried everything. No antivirus or spyware apps running. Tried turning off the Windows Firewall flushed dns, another computer on network works fine

Any advice would be appreciated

One thing thsts quirky, when i run diagnostics it says my user is not administrator but it is. Here are the diagnostics.
