Downloaded bios upgrade from Acer.
During upgrade electricity went out (wind storm).
The netbook battery was not installed at the time.

Now, no bios.

I am using my Ubuntu box now.

Found a site on how to solve problem.
Need to make a bootable usb pendrive then add two windows files.
I have the two files.
How do I make a bootable pendrive without an .iso?

Any help appreciated.

This tutorial of various methods to make your pen drive bootable may help:
http://www.bootdisk.com/pendrive.htm

However, bear in mind that whatever method you use, your computer's BIOS settings must have an option to boot from a USB pen drive (some BIOS types may refer to it as "USB floppy).

If the BIOS does not support booting from these types of drive it's pointless trying to make your pen-drive bootable.
