i was reading a magazine that was in my freinds van. it said i could see a master tasklist and what supports promgrams
does anyone know how to do this?

I think you mean task manager? Hit these keys at the same time ctrl + alt + del, then select the task manager button.

no not that u use the run button and you type in sometthing... and a window comes us and shows wich applications are what file name
