IM looking to rip dvds to my computers hard drive. ive got a dell dimension with the cd+rw/dvd combo drive but not the dvd burner. im looking for a cheap, preferably free software download that will allow me to rip some of my dvds to my pcs hard drive and later convert them to run on my mp3 player. is there anything out there like that? ive looked around and havent had any luck finding much. thanks.

It's strictly against the rules for members to ask about - or give help with - ripping of DVDs as it may involve illegal copying or encoding of commercial movies.
