On my Windows XP's Local Disk Window, I have an Install iTunes Folder. It is 19.6 MegaBytes. Inside is just an iTunesSetup Icon. Can I delete this Folder without any unforeseen consequences? I have no intention of using iTunes anytime soon. I could much better use the 19.6 MegaBytes for something other than something sitting there unused.

Yes you can. When you are ready to use iTunes in the future, you can just download the newest version from Apple.

You need to get a bigger hard drive. I have flash drives bigger than that. :)

Why not pick one up, they are dirt cheap these days?
