Hi everyone, im new here, ive browsed through a couple of your pages, i finally decided to join, im having some issues with my computer, everytime i try to shut the computer down it restarts and i have a screen come up after it reboots that says it has recovered from a serious error, and i have this code come up

ive tried looking around for a fix but can't find anything, can anyone help, any help will be appreciated thanks

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

portcls.sys is your on-board sound driver.
Try to reinstall it.
