Does anyone know of a boot disc rootkit removal tool

For windows xp/vista and win7

Basically need a boot disc/cd which will remove malware/rootkits/viruses

The Kaspersky one can't update any more so won't remove anything but try BitDefender's or one of the others. There are newer versions which come up with a google search for kaspersky rescue disk 2010 but I haven't tested them.
