I Still Get The "DCOM Shuts Down Expectedly" And I Will Reboot It Again...

I Just Noticed When I Have An Internet Connection, The Error Pops Up...
But When I Don't Have Any Connection, The Error Didn't Pops Up...
My Internet Browser : Flock

Could Still Someone Help Me With This??? The TFC Method,
[Which Was Given At My Past Thread] Can Help Too But The Error Still Occurs..
