network adapters problem

i go to network connections and click the icon but it says no wireless network were found in range then i click repair but it cant i went to the device manager and i can see that the wan miniport ip, the wan miniport ipx, the second intel pro 100ve network connection and the second intel pro wireless3945 abg network connection (there are two of each the other ones are ok) have a little yellow exclamation point double click on them ant it say (code 19) configuration information is incomplete or damaged
my computer is a windows xp thanks
