I always used to use MSN to connect with my partner whilst im away but recently just before christmas I have not been able to sign in for unknown reasons. The two MSN heads spin around for ages and then they stop and screen goes back to log in. No error code or anything, I do see alot of DWWIN.EXE being produced but I understand they are DR watsons. Im totally baffled by this. The trouble shooter suggests that my firewall is blocking the programme but this is not true as I have disabled them. Also my laptop has been running very slow. Please help somebody. I have my hijackthis log here if needed.
