Hello i have 7.04 edubuntu.Isnt working the upgrading manager,i dont get some good results i got that cant get all indexes of repos.

If not at all,why is not working the repo sites,i mean i dont get why is not working the upgrade manager.

The *buntu 7.04 is very outdated and no longer supported. You should update to at least the 8.04 LTS if your planning on staying with Ebuntu. You could go with a straight DebianEdu.

Hello the laptop is not owned by me,its owned by govermant,will allow goverment to do that?
